Requires proof of income (W2/1099 or three paystubs)
Income <150% Federal Poverty Guideline
Persons whose income falls below 150% of the Federal Poverty Guideline are eligible to waive all administrative fees related to a notarization when receiving a notarization.
Income below Federal Poverty Guideline
Persons whose income falls below the Federal Poverty Guideline are eligible to receive notarization services at no cost.

Notarizations and adminstrative work related to the following events will be conducted at zero cost
- Certifying name change documents and attestations for transgender persons
- Notarization of a self-proving affidavit of a will for those aged 65 or older
Certified copies of documents related to the above events may be generated at a rate of $2 per copy
